FAITH HOPE CONSOLO: A CHOICE TO SUCCEED

Faith Hope Consolo, the “Queen of Retail,” is world-renowned for her knowledge, reputation and vivacious style, her key role in revitalizing and sculpting retail corridors across the country, and for her tireless efforts to support the advancement of women in her chosen field.

One of the most successful women in a male-dominated business, Ms. Consolo knows the importance of helping other women succeed. This former president of the Young Republican’s Club believes in supporting all of women’s choices – professionally and personally.

As Chairman of Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Retail Group, she oversees the retail division of New York City’s largest residential real estate brokerage firm and the retail operations for Prudential commercial real estate offices (retail services divisions) nationwide, bringing her global clients a national audience. The result is a wide-ranging client base that includes such top-tier fashion names as Louis Vuitton, Richemont, Jimmy Choo, Dior, Ferragamo, and Fendi, and globally based mass merchandisers, such as Benetton, Uniqlo, H & M and Zara. Her real estate clients include private and public investors, entrepreneurial owners and developers with significant portfolios or single assets.

Yet instead of resting on her hard-earned success, Ms. Consolo has worked to help other women achieve their best, as well. She has served in leadership capacities for the Commercial Real Estate Women network (CREW) and its New York chapter NYCREW, theAssociation of Real Estate Women (AREW) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She has spearheaded Women in Retail Real Estate” seminars, panels and roundtables for ICSC’s Special Industry Group programs, sharing her wisdom and experience with colleagues around the country.

She also has helped such worthy causes as the New York City Opera, Capuchin Food Pantries, City-Meals-on-Wheels, The September Concert Foundation, Women in Need, The AREW Charitable Fund, The Mann Foundation, Dress for Success, The Humane Society and The Heart Foundation. For Faith Hope Consolo, giving back is a choice, too.
