(SNL) – Rockrose Development Corp. is said to be in talks to acquire a midtown Manhattan, N.Y., 35-story office tower from Larry Silverstein and the California State Teachers’ Retirement System for $370 million, Bloomberg News reported, citing “a person with knowledge of the talks.”
