On Sunday, BrokerPulse had the privilege of attending their latest location opening in Clinton Hill. There were over 300 people in attendance for the ribbon cutting ceremony, including numerous Rapid Realty franchisees who came out to show their support and welcome co-franchisees of the Clinton Hill location Ernest Hill and Paul Perez into the close-knit Rapid franchisee network.
High profile attendees included Carlo Scissura, senior advisor to Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz and the front-running candidate to be the next Borough President himself. Carlo was on hand to a provide wonderful proclamation recognizing the “positive impact of this new Rapid Realty franchise on the Clinton Hill community and to the fabric of Brooklyn as a whole.”

After the ribbon cutting and champagne toast, everyone moved down the road to the newly opened Brooklyn Tap House and partied the night away in style, celebrating this milestone.
“There’s a lot of buzz and hype about the company right now and the event created a lot of franchise fever as there were over a dozen people who approached us about opening their own Rapid Realty franchise.”
This new office in Clinton Hill North is in a prime location to serve one of the most vibrant and active rental neighborhoods in Brooklyn.
