(New York, NY)– Halstead Property is proud to announce that real estate agent, Edwin Josue, has been nominated for the 2012 Outstanding Filipino-Americans Award.
Josue was recognized for his extraordinary success in business and entrepreneurship, as well as his ability to consistently provide outstanding service to his clients and customers.

The Outstanding Filipino Americans in New York (TOFA-NY) Awards recognizes individuals and organizations that have made a significant impact on the Filipino-American community. In order to vote, participators must log onto the award’s official Facebook account and click the “Like” button underneath the nominee’s name. The final date to vote is on Friday, October 5th, and on October 27th the committee will gather at Carnegie Hall to honor this year’s 2012 TOFA-NY awardees.
Originally from the Philippines, Josue has been living in New York City for the past 22 years, where he has made his mark and continuously proven to be a success in the real estate industry since he began his career in 1993. Aside from totaling $5 million within his first year as a residential real estate broker, Edwin also managed eight buildings for City Living/American Landmark early in his career. He continues to prosper at Halstead Property, providing his clients with terrific, knowledgeable service. A magna cum laude graduate from San Beda College (AB Economics) in Manila, Edwin also obtained his Masters in Business Administration from De La Salle University.
