(New York, NY) — One212, a newly developed iPad app created by Halstead Property Broker Julia Boland and her team, is rising through the ranks among many New York real estate agents.
Providing users with a broker’s perspective of New York City real estate and insight into the NYC real estate market, One212 is turning out to be a well sought-after commodity.
As an interactive magazine, One212 explores NYC properties on the rise, gives insight into extensive home renovations, and has Boland’s answered questions on the real estate market. Reader’s can go through a step-by-step renovation of Boland’s Harlem brownstone and receive other useful tips and information on home renovations. What’s more, users can scroll through the magazine and view layouts of selected real estate listings with the app’s interactive interface. It’s one of the most convenient ways to view a property. The app is updated on a quarterly basis and can downloaded from the iPad newsstand at no cost to the user. So far, this unique app is the only personal real estate app to be made by a residential broker in NY.
In an interview Julia Boland comments, “We are so excited to introduce One212, the first app created by a real estate team.” Boland goes on to explain how each of the different perspectives of the Boland Team members brings a special attribute to magazine and that the team is devoted to helping buyers and sellers to comprehend the intricacies of Manhattan real estate with the information shared in the app.
As Senior Vice President at Halstead Property and leader of the Boland Team, Julia has worked hard to get where she is now. Working in real estate for over a decade, she has sold everything from townhouses to luxury condos and has developed a great sense of real estate. Living in many diverse locations, such as Paris and Hong, has also added to her success and insight. She currently resides in the Mount Morris Park area of Harlem with her family.
