(New York, NY) — Derek Jeter’s penthouse at Trump World Tower has sold for a reduced price of $15.5 million.
Having purchased the property for $20 million, the shortstop was willing to take a $4.5 million loss on the apartment so he can move onto downsizing to a smaller home, possibly even a pied-a-terre.
This 5,425 sq-ft four-bedroom apartment comes with 16-foot floor-to-ceiling windows and a 77-foot long entertaining space. According to the NY Daily News, A Brazilian Importer, Silvio Luiz Reichert, purchased it through SARA RS LLC. The new owner now has an entertainment space with a living room, a billiards room accommodated with a video game console, a piano room, wet bar and formal dining room. Talk about living the high life.
