Kava Café Moving into MiMA

MiMA Related’s newest luxury rental.
(New York, NY) — Residents of the Midtown luxury rental tower, MiMA, can prep their taste buds for a new bite brewing in the building – Kava Café is moving in next year.

With one location already in the Meatpacking District at 803 Washington Street, Kava plans to open its second location at 460 West 42nd Street.

Double the size of the original, the new café will still be decorated true to Kava style – featuring their trademark Strada espresso machine, created by La Marzacco.

Highly sought after, the rental tower stands 63 floors high with 44,000 square feet of amenities through. Developed by Related Cos, MiMA now has a remaining 16,000 square feet of retail space in negotiations. The building’s exclusive commercial broker is CBRE.
