(New York, NY) — Have you ever heard of an apartment listing that comes with a goody bag? Daniel Neiditch, the owner of the second most expensive apartment for sale in New York City, is selling his $85 million humble abode with some extraordinary amenities.
Along with taking up the full top floor of the Atelier building in Hell’s Kitchen, and being home to a pool, sauna, fitness center, and jaw-dropping views, purchasing this apartment will come with a free trip to space.
You heard us right, Neiditch is promising prospective buyers a $1million yacht with a docking fee for five years, a Hamptons mansion rental for a summer, two Rolls-Royce Phantoms, one year of court-side season tickets to the Brooklyn Nets, a live-in butler service (for one year), a private chef (for one year), and dinner for two weekly at Daniel Boulud’s famous two-Michelin starred Daniel restaurant (for one year). Oh yeah, and did we mention, a trip to space! Neiditch is offering whoever buys the condo two $250,000 seats on a Virgin Galactic flight to space.
According to Neiditch, he has already turned down a $50 million offer and does not plan on budging on the price. All of the perks belong to Neiditch, who claims it is stuff he doesn’t want, saying,“it’s not like I’m going to be out on the street. I have another Hamptons house, I have other cars. It’s not that I am selling stuff that I don’t want. It’s all stuff that I thought created a nice package.”
