America’s oldest real estate firm announces Jimmy Javier as new assistant vice president

(NEW YORK, NY) — America’s oldest real estate firm, Helmsley Spear, LLC, has appointed Jimmy Javier as an assistant vice president. Javier, with over 35 years of commercial leasing and sales experience, will concentrate on commercial leasing during his time at Helmsley Spear.

Javier is known for closing hundreds of deals with well-known companies both in the US and internationally. Among the companies he’s worked with are Republic National Bank, Paulson & Company, Bell Atlantic, NYNEX, Pirelli North America, Danskin, and Thai Farmers Bank.

“I am honored to join Helmsley Spear—a firm with a great history of representing the finest roster of New York City property owners and many top corporate commercial tenants in the City,” said Jimmy Javier.

The news was announced by Helmsley Spear’s President Kent M. Swig.

“We are pleased to welcome Jimmy to our team. With his years of experience, he will be a valuable asset to our firm and will greatly assist in our efforts to expand our premier commercial real estate services to the New York City real estate market,” said Swig.

Helmsley Spear was founded in 1866 and has since been a leader in commercial real estate. The firm operates out of offices in New York City and San Francisco.

The New York City office is located at 599 Lexington Avenue.
