(NEW YORK, NY) — Colliers International has been chosen to lease out WeWork’s 22,000-square-foot, six-floor office space at Dock 72— a new development currently under construction.
Dock 72, located in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, will be a 675,000-square-foot building and will revolutionize the 21st-century work environment with 35,000 square feet of common indoor amenities, 10,000 square feet of outdoor amenities, 18,000 square feet of private terraces and a 15,000-square-foot wellness center. The design of the building and its unmatched views will help spark creativity and promote productivity.
Colliers, a top-tier global real estate services and investment management company, will be working hands-on with WeWork to connect tenants with the cutting-edge workplace.
Those leading the project from Colliers are Ted Koltis, President of the Consulting and Agency Services Group, Executive Managing Director Reid Longley, Managing Director Cryder Bancroft, Associate Directors Connor Sullivan and Aidan Campbell, and Associates Noah Weinberg and Sayo Kamara

There will also be a free WiFi-equipped shuttle service running every ten minutes from Navy Yard to major subway lines in DUMBO and Downtown Brooklyn. In addition, a new East River Ferry stop at Navy Yard is set to open next year.
Dock 72 is expected to open during the first half of 2019.
