(NEW YORK, NY) — Billionaire Sidney Kimmel has listed his lavish apartment in the Ritz-Carlton Residences on Central Park South for $39.5 million.
The stunning 8,000-square-foot unit is equipped with 2 bed rooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Arguably the most appealing parts of the home are the 2,000-square-foot master bedroom and the stunning views of Central Park. According to reports, Kimmel and his wife purchased the unit for $22.3 million back in 2001.
All eleven units in the high-end, exclusive community have been purchased, making Kimmel’s apartment very attractive to prospective buyers.
Kimmel is the founder of the Jones Apparel Group, a movie producer, and a philanthropist. His is known for producing the recent Hollywood hit “Crazy Rich Asian.”
According to Forbes, Kimmel is worth around $1.3 billion.
