(NEW YORK, NY) — Actor Matt Damon and his wife, Lucianna Barroso, are officially the owners of the most expensive home in Brooklyn. The New York Post reported that Damon purchased a $16.7 million penthouse at the Standish.
The Standish is a stunning 12-story building located at 171 Columbia Heights between Clark and Pierrepont Streets in Brooklyn Heights. According to reports, Damon’s penthouse consists of the top three floors–11,12, and the roof. With stunning views, concierge services, a fitness center, and a 24-hour doorman, it seems Damon’s decision to leave the Upper West Side was a good one.
However, the actor may not own the most expensive home in Brooklyn for long. According to reports, a $20 million penthouse in Brooklyn Heights is under contract.
