Nest Seekers International makes headlines with record-breaking start to 2019

Success in Manhattan’s real estate market

(NEW YORK, NY) —  The year is 2019.

Top performers in the real estate industry are taking position and from the looks of it, another year of unprecedented success is underway for Manhattan’s real estate market.

One firm in particular, Nest Seekers International, has already begun compiling a list of accomplishments…and it’s only January.

Leading The Industry

Have you ever created your own neighborhood? SoHY, the brainchild of Nest Seekers’ Ryan Serhant, is an acronym for South Hudson Yards and encompasses both the drama and luxury brought to Manhattan’s West Side by Serhant’s new development project, 550 West 29th Street.

The name says it all. Located off the High Line and just south of Hudson Yards, SoHY has taken the industry by storm, serving as the forefront of a new creative form of marketing.

The 19-unit project, which launched earlier this month, comes with a gym, sauna, bike room, 24-hour doorman, and now, an acronym.

Breaking Records

The firm’s early-year success doesn’t end in Manhattan. Nest Seekers has made headlines out on Long Island as well. Rob Canberg, the firm’s  “top-grossing agent,” was behind the highest bayfront sale at 102 Dune Road since 2009. The 6,000-square-foot Westhampton house sold for $6,425,000. This deal will set the tone for Canberg in 2019 as he continues to expand Nest Seekers’ presence on Long Island, one record-breaking deal at a time.

Nest Seekers will open four new offices in 2019. Expanding its international presence, the firm will open up its 2nd and 3rd offices in London. New locations in the U.S. will include Summit, NJ, Huntington, NY, and Miami, FL.
