(AROUND THE WEB) — What was once America’s most expensive home on the market has seen another price cut.
Bruce Makowsky has cut the price of his jaw-dropping Bel Air spec house to $150 million, $38 million less than last year’s price of $188 million.
Once upon a time, the 38,000-square-foot mansion was the most expensive home in the country. It was originally listed for $250 million but has since dropped 40 percent.
Cutting the price to $150 million introduces the home to a much wider audience. Nicknamed “Billionaire,” the 4-story home includes a “candy” room, a 40-seat theater, a four-lane Louis Vuitton bowling alley, a $30-million fleet of vehicles, a helicopter on the roof, five bars, and three kitchens.
