(NEW YORK, NY) — Maggie Jensen has been named Citi Habitats’ first-ever Agent Experience Manager.
Maggie’s new role will include working with company agents to better understand their opinions of Citi Habitats.
Maggie will be responsible for monitoring all processes that involve the agents. She encourages all agents and managers to connect with her in regard to feedback, complaints, challenges, and concerns. She will report her findings to Gary Malin, Citi Habitats’ President. Together they will work to create innovative solutions and resources that better fit the agents needs.
Maggie will also work directly with the Marketing and Education departments to conduct training sessions, feedback interviews, and enhance education opportunities.
Prior to taking on the role as Agent Experience Manager, Maggie was Citi Habitats’ Agent Marketing Coordinator for Brooklyn. Her leadership experience also includes working as the Client Experience Manager of TripleMint.
Citi Habitats believes Maggie’s role is the first step to making them the city’s most forward-thinking real estate firm. They may be onto something. After all, the agent’s experience is everything.
