Salt Bae to open burger restaurant in NYC

Chef Nusret Gökçe will open the restaurant at 220 Park Avenue South

 (NEW YORK, NY) — Chef Nusret Gökçe, better known as Salt Bae, will open a new restaurant at 220 Park Avenue South.

The new restaurant, Nusr-Et Burger, will span 6,000 square feet and will be comprised of the first floor and the basement.

The asking price for the retail space was $220 per square foot. Both the tenant and the landlord were represented by CBRE.

On 2008 I told to myself that 2010 is going to be my year by doing opening of my first restaurant and to make it as worldwide successful brand. Chef Nusret Gökçe owns the chain Nusr-Et Steakhouses which has a storefront at 60 West 53rd Street. He is known among his fans for his dramatic serving style.
