(NEW YORK, NY) — A New York City neighborhood has made the top five in Bloomberg’s annual ranking of America’s richest zip codes.
Zip code 10007, also known as Tribeca, is turning heads as the 5th richest zip code in America. According to 2016 tax returns, the annual income in the neighborhood was $879,000.
Once home to factories and warehouses, Tribeca has seen a handful of expensive developments over the past few years:
111 Murray Street
This 157-unit, 800-foot tower offers insane amenities like a concierge jet service and a 75-foot lap pool framed by teak and stone lounges.
Thirty Park Place
This stunning 82-story tower has seen some pricey transactions. Last year, the 80th floor penthouse sold for $32.6 million, the highest sale in the building.
56 Leonard Street
Also known as the Jenga building, 56 Leonard has become an iconic part of the neighborhood. The 57-story skyscraper can be seen throughout Tribeca and comes with some pretty price tags.
70 Vestry Street
Home to Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen, this 14-story building is selling apartments between $7.95 million and $23.5 million and boasts a penthouse for $65 million penthouse.
