(NEW YORK, NY) — Colliers international has successfully brokered a sublease at 1 New York Plaza for Fidelity Information Services.
The office space, approximately 35,000 square feet, sits in the midst of a highly competitive downtown market. The 50-story building boasts a newly renovated lobby, fitness center, and fine dining options.
“In a highly competitive Downtown New York market, Colliers developed an excellent set of realistic options, and delivered against a challenging set of market conditions,” said Charles Stafford, Head of Property at Macmillan Publishers. “They secured an excellent sub-tenant for our space, and so have made a solid contribution to our business.”
Fidelity Information Services will occupy most of the 45th floor through 2031.
