(NEW YORK, NY) — President of Helmsley Spear, Kent Swig, has just announced that the company has successfully brokered a second lease extension for China Ting Fashion Group (USA) LLC in Manhattan’s Garment District totaling 6,824 square feet at 525 Seventh Avenue.

Founded in 1886, Helmsley Spear is America’s oldest operating real estate firm and over the past year has made headlines with its adoption of leading-edge technology like blockchain.
The 7 year lease extension, which was represented by Helmsley Spear’s Peter Cannold and Scott M. Bloom, is for space on the 16th floor and is with China Ting Fashion Group (USA) LLC.
