(NEW YORK, NY) President of Helmsley Spear, Kent Swig, has just announced that the company has successfully brokered a second lease extension for China Ting Fashion Group (USA) LLC in Manhattan’s Garment District totaling 6,824 square feet at 525 Seventh Avenue.

“We are thrilled that Helmsley Spear has completed this transaction for prime space in Manhattan’s Garment District.  This 24 story building offers 21st century office amenities in a great commercial location. Manhattan’s Garment District is known worldwide and this new lease is another good example of why New York City is thriving with new and expanding companies,”  said Swig.

Founded in 1886, Helmsley Spear is America’s oldest operating real estate firm and over the past year has made headlines with its adoption of leading-edge technology like blockchain.

The 7 year lease extension, which was represented by Helmsley Spear’s Peter Cannold and Scott M. Bloom, is for space on the 16th floor and is with China Ting Fashion Group (USA) LLC.
