Miami’s Residences by Armani/Casa is offering New York brokers 5% commission

(NEW YORK, NY) — Miami’s Residences by Armani/Casa is taking the world of luxury by storm.

The developer, Dezer Properties, loves working for luxury brands. The company is also the brainchild behind the iconic Porsche Design Tower which allows residents to ride up the elevators in their cars.

“Dezer Properties loves brands. They are always looking to create something different, and the Residence by Armani/Casa is just that.” said Vice President of Sales, Michelle Judd.

This tower offers nearly 36,000 square feet of amenities, stunning views of the best beach in Miami, Sunny Isles, and spacious units crafted to fit all styles of living.

“Dezer Properties has really taken what they’ve done in hotels around the world in Dubai and Mulan and gave this residence in Miami the same privacy and luxury. Quality, value, and brand attract our buyers,” said Judd.

The building is set to open in the fall of this year and has already filled 83% of its units. Now, since the Armani tower is licensed in New York, the developers are calling upon New York brokers to help fill the rest of the space and promising 5% commission.

Units in the Armani tower can range anywhere for $2.9 million to $17 million.

“We feel that a lot of those interested in the New York market are also interested in Miami,” said Judd. “ Armani is a hidden gem that’s centrally located and close to both the Fort Lauderdale and Miami International airport.”
