Helmsley Spear announces new Assistant Vice President

(NEW YORK, NY) — Last week, Helmsley Spear, LLC, announced its new Assistant Vice President, Rene Hamilton.

Hamilton will focus on commercial real estate leasing in the New York Metropolitan region marketplace. The announcement was made by President Kent M. Swig.

“We are very pleased that Rene has joined our Helmsley Spear team and we know he will be a valuable addition to our growing company, as we continue to make a greater impact in the New York commercial real estate market,” said Swig.            

Hamilton graduated Williams College in Massachusetts and started his career working in the non-profit and education sectors. He was also a commercial tenant agent at the boutique brokerage firm, Vicus Partners.

Hamilton is excited to begin his Journey at Helmsley Spear and will continue to work with and advise two New York non-profits: Directions for Our Youth (DFOY) and Council of Urban Real Estate (CURE).
