(NEW YORK, NY) — Eva Chun Chow, ex-wife of restaurateur and artist, Michael Chow, has listed the stunning penthouse at One John Street for $6.49 million.
Eva and Michael bought the sprawling three-bedroom for $5.765 million in 2016. The penthouse comes with a 750-square-foot private roof terrace and courtyard, besides the striking views of the Brooklyn Bridge Park, the East River and infamous Manhattan skyline.

Eva paid $2.94 million to buy Mr. Chow out of the Dumbo penthouse, according to the city property records and sources close to the deal. This doesn’t mean Chow’s third ex-wife loved the property enough to keep it. “After divorces it is common for one ex-spouse to buy out the other in properties they owned together.” saif a source involved in the deal.
The listing brokers are Clayton Orrigo, Eric Sidman and Stephen Ferrara.
