Engels and Volkers are angling for Brooklyn’s brownstones

The private German company notices that luxury condominiums, and specifically brownstones, in Brooklyn are some of the most profitable and exciting new terrain of real estate.

Engel & Völkers announced its entrance into the Brooklyn market with the opening of three new shop locations led by Donald Brennan, a leader in New York City residential real estate for the last 30 years.

(BROOKLYN, NY) — Engels and Volkers are coming to Brooklyn and are opening in three new locations to take advantage of the luxury real estate.

Engels and Volkers, a major real estate brokerage with hundreds of locations worldwide, is expanding with three new locations in Brooklyn.

The private German company notices that luxury condominiums, and specifically brownstones, in Brooklyn are some of the most profitable and exciting new terrain of real estate. The brokerage believes it is the right company to cultivate enough business in the area.

“Brooklyn continually represents some of the most sought after real estate in the country, attracting buyers both foreign and domestic,” Anthony Hitt, president and CEO, Engel & Völkers Americas said in a statement to inman.com.

The company will open in Cobble Hill, Dumbo, and Prospect Heights. They will operate under the name, “Engel & Völkers Brownstone Brooklyn.”

The new offices will be managed by Donald Brennan, one of New York City’s most hands-on and experienced brokers.
