There are quite a few things that I’ll never forget on the set of #SharkTank – squeezing @arod being one of them! Its hard to believe that tomorrow night is the season finale, so dive in with the rest of us at 10|9c on ABC. And don’t worry, we’ll be back for an even better season 11 😉
The intentions of the pair could be quite beneficial to NYC residents. Rodriguez told The Post that he and Corcoran plan to invest in “undervalued neighborhoods, undermanaged buildings, and misused lands. Alex noted that his real-estate interest started because as a kid he was always moving from location to location. As a Washington Heights native, Alex could use his leverage to create housing at a more affordable rate in these undervalued neighborhoods. According to Corcoran, she has hired a team of football players to look for areas that fit their criteria such as Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Bronx neighborhoods including Inwood, Mott Haven, and Morningside Heights.
