Kushners Acquire Part of New Greenwich Village Condo Project

Seryl Kushner, the wife of developer Charles Kushner and mother of senior presidential advisor Jared Kushner, has signed as a trustee on a roughly $4.4 million piece of Billy Macklowe’s new Greenwich Village Condo project.

The apartment at 21 East 12th Street on the corner of University Place bears 1,478 square feet, at about $2,964 per square foot.

It debuted on the market for $4.45 million in 2016, according to listings website StreetEasy.

Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling the sales at the 22-story, 52-unit development, which was designed by Annabelle Selldorf, according to The Real Deal.

And the Kushners are still buying across Manhattan.

The trust used by the Kushners to purchase the property also bought three units at 212 Fifth Avenue, according to The Real Deal.

And the New York Post is reporting that Kushner Co.’s, the family company now run by Charles and daughter Nicole Kushner, signed a contract recently to purchase a $39.75 million retail condo in Soho.
