(NEW YORK, NY) — After less than a year on the market, J-Lo and A-Rod have found a buyer for their pad at 432 Park Avenue. Their sky-high Midtown apartment is in the tallest building in the western hemisphere and listed it for $17.5 in January. It is still unclear who bought the three-bedroom apartment and how much they paid.
The couple decided to sell the apartment less than a year of owning it in order to search for something larger. “They love the building but when all their kids are together, it’s too small,” said a source to the NY Post.
Last spring, the newly engaged couple, J-Rod, bought the 4,000 square-foot unit for roughly $15.3 million. The amenities of this specific unit includes its own elevator, oak flooring, a library, and a custom-designed eat-in kitchen. The 88-floor building was designed by Rafael Viñoly and offers its residents three full floors of amenities of entertainment and dining, including a fitness center, 75-foot swimming pool, billiards, and an 18-seat screening room.
