Prior to joining the Compass, Franco was a top producer at Corcoran, he was ranked among the leading 25 agents company-wide for several years and also ranked as the #1 agents in Corcoran’s SoHo office. After 11 years at Corcoran Michael J. Michael J. Franco moved to New York to pursue a Masters Degree in Taxation Law at New York University Law School. After establishing relationships with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients in tax and real estate matter through his own law practice he then represented over 1,500 buyers and sellers in New York City. With over 20 years of experience as a broker, attorney, and investor, Franco brings valuable market insights to his clients. As a real estate professional that is frequently expanding his growth, Franco uses creative and innovative marketing by implementing cutting edge technologies, social media, and his personal extensive databases.
Although he is knowledgeable in all NYC areas, Franco specialized in the Upper West Side and Downtown. Franco is now based out of Compass’ new office located at 110 Fifth Avenue.
