This unique boathouse located on the beachfront of Rockaway Beach is number one on my list because of it’s spacious yet cozy feel. The Ziggy Surfhouse has 4 bedrooms, 7 baths, and holds 12 guests!  Host Ben Sargent, who has previously starred as a host on Hookline and Diner on the Cooking Channel isn’t only offering his beautiful home but can also teach you how to surf or fish if you ask! This home is a bit on the pricier side averaging on $680 per night but still definitely worth it.

2. Cozy, Quintessential Carriage House- Brooklyn, NY

A cozy carriage house located in Boerum Hill in Brooklyn is classified as a tiny home. The tiny home includes a mini kitchen, a loft space, and an abundance of natural light. The uniqueness of this home doesn’t just include its size, there is also a 20ft ceiling decorated with wood beams, a window nook, and shower designed with white subway tile and marble flooring. The Carriage House sits in the perfect location surrounded by every subway station and in close proximity to restaurants and bars. Sophie offers her house for an average of $175 per night.

3. The James Franco, Floating Surf Safari- Queens, NY

The James Franco boat is another home listed by Ben Sargent, he describes this as ” a funky, cozy, weird little paradise on the water.” The outside of the boat has a funky orange wallpaper and is all around decorated with string lights, you can also find a deck area with outdoor seating and a grill. The indoors provides a funky feel and looks a bit cluttered but you can tell that the host set a fishermen’s scene and will make you feel ready to go fishing!
