(NEW YORK, NY)— Italian fashion designer and creator of “Luca Luca” Luca Orlandi has sold his Upper East Side townhome two years after putting it on the market.
In 2017, Orlandi listed his mansion for a whopping $40 million. This occurred four years after he purchased the home and converted it into a single-family home. After the three-year-long renovation, the property sat a 10,080 square feet.
Included in the mansion are six-bedrooms, a parlor level, a garden level, and Greek marble decorated rooms. According to the Real Deal, the mansion at 18 East 73rd Street was purchased by Mallow Enterprises. It was previously listed with Sami Hassoumi of Brown Harris Stevens.
