(SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA)— Amidst the ongoing robust economy in Silicon Valley, Empire Square Group of NYC has just invested in California property.
The New York City-based real estate investment firm has purchased a sizeable office park for $55.5 million in San Jose. Drawbridge Realty acquired 5300- 5350 Hellyer Ave in 2015 while Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions has occupied the 160,000-square-foot property as its headquarters.
Vice President of investments with Drawbridge Bill Doyle stated, “ We worked with Cobham to upgrade the property and extend the lease in a win-win for both parties.”
