(NEW YORK, NY)— Just last month hedge fund manager and billionaire Ken Griffin added a $99 million Palm Beach home to his list of real estate property.
According to city reports Griffin bought two more units in 220 Central Park South last month, after dropping a whopping $238 million in January on a quadplex in the same building deemed as “the nations most expensive home”
Apartment 20H was priced at $1.89 million and apartment 20J was $2.06 million and appear to be used for staff or guests said the New York Post.
This summer British Rocker Sting purchased a penthouse at 220 Central Park South for $65.75 million, closing the sale with Corcoran. The building is also home to a residents-only Jean- Georges restaurant.
Griffin has a total purchase of almost $244 million in 220 Central Park South alone.
