(NEW YORK, NEW YORK)— Norah Jones, multi-time Grammy-winner and daughter of the iconic Ravi Shankar, has just listed her 4-story, 5-bedroom Brooklyn townhouse for $8 million, The Wall Street Journal reports.

Jones purchased the home 10 years ago for $4.99 million, and scandalized the quiet community of Cobble Hill by adding new windows to her historic home. Boosting the townhouses’ natural sunlight wasn’t Jones’ only lasting contribution: the home also boasts a heated pool, and quirky touches like a bright blue fireplace. The townhouse also enjoys private access to a sunny, south facing 1,440 square foot garden, and, if that wasn’t enough outdoor space for you, an additional 300 square feet of terrace space, accessible through the master bedroom on the second floor.

The property’s cozy, charming interior belies its high-tech amenities, which include a smartphone-controlled hot-tub, a geothermal well, heated floors, and a rooftop outfitted with solar panels. There is almost no luxury this home is without. The buyer will also have central AC, an in-unit washer and dryer, a media room, a cocktail room, a breakfast nook and more.

Nest Seekers’ Sonia Brown and Ryan Serhant, of Million Dollar Listing fame, have the listing. Check out their listing for the full details.
