Amanda Caggiano Joins Citi Habitats

The new executive hire will focus on cultivating a positive experience for the firm’s brokers and agents

Amanda Caggiano, Agent Experience Manager

(NEW YORK, NEW YORK)— This week, Citi Habitats welcomed its new Agent Experience Manager Amanda Caggiano. Amanda’s role looks both inward, towards agent experience at the firm, and outward towards recruiting new talent.

Amanda has worked as a recruiter before in the finance industry and also has experience in marketing and sales. She comes to Citi Habitats from Maffe Financial and replaces a beloved predecessor, Maggie Jensen, who moved to Florida with her husband.

As Agent Experience Manager, Amanda will be focusing on brokers and agents, investigating where they would like more professional support, and learning where agents commonly meet problems. Caggiano’s role is to provide agents with the guidance and resources when they meet roadblocks, as well as cultivating enthusiasm and engagement at the firm. She will also be working with recruiting and on-boarding new agents and ensuring their long-term happiness once they have joined the firm.

“We believe that appointing Amanda to this dedicated role is a smart move – that will help our agents thrive,” said Gary Malin, President of Citi Habitats.

Amanda hails from a big Italian family from Harriman, NY, and she studied Communications at University of Massachusetts. She says she is excited to join Citi Habitats as it combines her passion for real estate with her experience working with sales professionals.
