(NEW YORK, NEW YORK)—

Actress and serial dater Michelle Williams moved into Brooklyn Heights with most recent husband, Hamilton Director Tommy Kail, Brownstoner reports. Williams and Kail declared their engagement and the couple’s first child on the eve of 2020, just eight months after her divorce from musician Phil Elverum, whom she had married just nine months before, hot-on-the-heels of her split from former fiancée, financier Andrew Youmans, just six months earlier. Keep your eye out for a $10.8 million Brooklyn Heights townhouse this July.

We’ve told you that we expected more people to rent than buy in NYC this year (which makes it the least competitive time to purchase a home, if you’re in the market). Turns out, not even celebs are immune. The New York Post spotted Kate Hudson and her serious boyfriend Danny Fujikawa hunting for rentals in the Tribeca. At $16,500 per month, their yearly rent is likely to cost the same as a small down payment for most people.
